Steve
is an Associate Partner and Chief Engineer for Samartano &
Company. He joined the firm in 1982 and became an Associate
Partner in 1987. He has been chief design engineer since 1990. He
has been in charge of an assortment of projects, ranging from exhibition
centers to high rise office buildings. His responsibilities
include involvement in all phases of a job, from conception through
field supervision. He has a wide variety of experience in the
